摘要: 传统的质量屋方法在确定因素权重时存在主观性过强的缺陷。对此,首先在层次分析法的基础上采用优化的递阶质量屋方法,确定顾客需求和相应的设计要求权重,然后基于熵理论,利用竞争性评估矩阵,将以顾客满意为目标获得的产品设计要求权重与专家主观权重确定值相结合,提出了一种综合确定产品设计要求重要度的方法。结果表明,新方法确定的设计要求权重精度更高,解决了传统方法难以达到客观要求的问题。

Abstract: Traditional House of Quality (HoQ) was over-subjective in defining the weights of factors. To deal with this problem, based on hierarchical analysis, weights of customer requirement and design reqirement were determined by using optimized hierarchical HoQ method. Then, the competitive evaluation matrix was used based on entropy theory to get the combined weight. Thus, an integrated method of defining the importance of design requirement of the product was put forward. Results showed that the precision of factors defined by new method was higher and the result was more convincible.
