摘要: 为提高曲面的加工效率和精度,提出了一种基于STEPNC的非均匀有理B样条曲面加工方法。基于STEPNC的数控系统能够直接处理包括完整的非均匀有理B样条曲面几何信息和加工工艺信息的STEPNC程序。详细讨论了非均匀有理B样条曲面插补算法的实现,并通过仿真试验,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To improve machining efficiency and accuracy for freeform surface, a method of machining NonUniform Rational BSpline (NURBS) surface based on STEPNC was put forward. By using this method, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) could deal with NC program which consisted of NURBS surface geometry data and machining technology data in the form of STEPNC. Interpolation algorithm for NURBS surface was developed. Finally, simulation experiments were provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
