摘要: 针对已有任务分解方法所存在的问题,提出了基于项目-任务-活动框架的定性任务分解策略,引用软件工程中软件度量的思想,建立了任务内聚系数的计算公式,从定量角度提出了任务粒度设计的新方法。该方法可以准确评估网络环境中复杂产品协作设计流程不同粒度的任务分解模型,从而实现设计过程的灵活组织和有效管理。最后,给出了应用实例,说明了该方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: The networked collaboration design among enterprises is an important method to promote their competitive capacity. However, the task decomposition and task granularity design are the first step of networked collaborative design planning. Aiming at the problems of the traditional task decomposition method, a qualitative task decomposition strategy based on project-task-activity frame was provided, after employing the software metrics conception in software engineering, the calculation formula of task cohesion was constructed and a new method for task granularity design was put forward from the viewpoint of quantitative analysis. Furthermore, this method could make an exact evaluation for different task granularity design of complex product cooperation workflow in networked collaborative environment, as well as provide flexible organization and effective management for different design process. Finally, an example of automobile body collaborative conceptual design was provided to illustrate the application of this method.
