摘要: 为说明服务的性能与工作流性能的关系,提出服务及面向服务的工作流的定义,并以一个示例说明面向服务环境下工作流的特点及运行机制。在此基础上,提出了面向服务的工作流性能评价模型,并将战略层、业务层、服务层与IT层的性能很好地加以结合。定义了各层的关键性能指标及形式化表达方式,提出相关度的概念。最后,通过改进层次分析法,对关键性能指标的相关度进行分析,并将其用于服务的选择。

Abstract: To illustrate the relationships between the performance of service and workflow, concepts of service and serviceoriented workflow were defined. Characteristics and operation mechanism of serviceoriented workflow were explained with an example. Then, a serviceoriented workflow performance evaluation model was put forward, which combined the performances of strategic layer, business layer, service layer and IT layer. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and their formal representations corresponding to each layer were also described, and then the concept of correlation was introduced. Finally, the improved Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was explicated to calculate the correlation between different KPIs and to select the most suitable services.
