摘要: 通过分析钢铁集团生产组织的特点,在综合考虑生产计划的复杂性、工艺及成本管理与计划管理的协同性等要素的基础上,建立了纵横向交叉的集成化生产计划管理模型。在逐级细化的集成模型体系中,集团-基地级生产计划模型以成本控制为核心。为解决生产过程扰动影响和瓶颈工序生产约束问题,提出了基于松耦合库存控制的分厂—车间级模糊生产计划模型,并阐述了它们的求解方法。基于面向服务的架构实现了系统的应用集成,分析了实施应用的案例。

Abstract: After analyzing characteristics of production organization in iron & steel group, an intersectant and integrated production planning management model was constructed, as considering collaborations of production planning complexity, process & cost management and planning management. Groupbase level production planning model was designed focusing on cost control in integrated model system. With its decomposition, a plantworkshop level fuzzy planning model was proposed based on incompact coupling stock controlling, which solved problems of influence of disturbing factors and bottleneck working procedure constraint. Solutions to these problems were also discussed. To achieve the practicable application of this model, model algorithm and ServiceOriented Architecture (SOA) solution were discussed. Finally, the application was illustrated by an example.
