摘要: 为提高概念设计的效率,提出一种基于正交-交互式遗传算法的产品造型设计方法。在获取、表征造型特征的基础上,采用正交分析来精简遗传种群空间,提高收敛速度;同时,以共识满意度作为适应度函数,优化评价机制,达到减小主观评价误差的目的。另外,可视化的界面有利于特征偏好选取,减轻用户交互的心理负担。实例研究表明,与普通交互式遗传算法相比,正交-交互式遗传算法能以较少的交互代数达到较高的适应值,具有更好的可行性和实用性。

Abstract: To enhance the efficiency of the automatic conceptual design, a new method based on Orthogonal Interactive Genetic Algorithm (OIGA) in form design was proposed. With the extraction and description of the product form features, the genetic convergence speeds were improved by simplifying the solution space orthogonally. Furthermore, the subjective evaluation errors were reduced greatly and the evaluation mechanism was optimized with the integration of the communizing and satisfying fitness function. In addition, the users' fatigues were alleviated on the condition of the interface visualization as the favored features were interactively selected. Experiment results indicated that the proposed OIGA could obtain higher fitness value by less generation times than the simple Interactive Genetic Algorithm (IGA), and it was more feasible and applicable.
