基于多项眼动数据的产品造型方案评选模型

摘要: 为解决产品造型方案评选中主观评选结果可靠性差、客观评选结果缺少综合定量研究的问题,提出基于多项眼动数据的产品造型方案评选模型。使用RED型桌面式眼动仪和BeGaze软件采集了30名专业被试对4款汽车造型方案评价过程中的眼动数据,同时采用主观打分表获取主观评分;通过单因素方差分析筛选出与主观评分相关的眼动数据,采用单因变量偏最小二乘回归进行建模。建立了多项眼动数据与主观评分间的数学模型,并对模型进行了分析和验证。研究结果表明,多项眼动数据的综合分析结果能有效地反映被试对造型方案的评价,为产品造型方案评选提供客观的数据支持。

Abstract: To solve the poor reliability of subjective selection and the lack of comprehensive quantitative research of objective selection in product shape schemes,a selection model based on multiple eye movement data was proposed.RED desktop eye tracker and BeGaze software were used to collect the eye movement data of 30 professional subjects for evaluating 4 different automobile shape schemes,and the subjective evaluation was obtained with subjective scoring table.Through one-way analysis of variance,the eye movement data concerning subjective rating was selected and modeled with simple Partial Least-Squares regression (PLS1).The mathematical model between multiple eye movement data and subjective rating was established and analyzed.Research results showed that the comprehensive analysis result of multiple eye movement data could reflect subjects' evaluation on shape schemes,which was able to provide objective support for product shape scheme selection.
