摘要: 在详细调研车间生产物料清单的基础上,给出了车间生产物料清单的功能划分;结合全新的物料清单数据组织方式,讨论了车间生产物料清单的信息模型,分析了车间生产物料清单管理系统与车间生产管理其他子系统的集成,以及不同形式物料清单的集成;选取了组件技术,进行车间生产物料清单管理系统的开发,给出了车间生产物料清单管理的组件层次结构,讨论了车间生产物料清单大粒度组件的划分及重用实现。所开发的车间生产物料清单管理系统已成功集成应用到3家企业的制造车间,效果显著,说明了车间生产物料清单管理系统具有可行性和可重构性。

Abstract: After careful study of Workshop Manufacturing Bill Of Material (WMBOM), function classifications of WMBOM were provided. And combined with fairly latest WMBOM data structure, the information model of WMBOM management system was discussed. Then, the information integration of WMBOM management system with other workshop production management systems was analyzed. Also, the multiform BOMs integration, including engineering BOM from Product Data Management(PDM), process BOM from Computer Aided Process Planning(CAPP), manufacturing BOM from Manufacturing Resource Planning(MRPⅡ)/Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP), was studied. In the case, the component-based technique was selected to develop WMBOM management system and the component-based hierarchy software architecture for the system was established. Finally, the WMBOM management system was encapsulated as a large-grained component and could be directly assembled into other systems by the way of reuse-in-the-large. Running results in 3 enterprises showed that the integrated WMBOM management system was feasible, reusable, and could meet the specific requirements of an enterprise.
