摘要: 讨论了禁核试验条件下核武器绿色设计制造的内涵和特点,指出其实质应是通过网络化协同技术实现绿色化;提出了实现核武器绿色制造的关键技术:基于复杂产品建模技术和异构信息集成的网络化协同技术、数据挖掘和特种知识(数据)库建立、流程再造技术、特种材料加工工艺和绿色评价系统研究等。构建了一种新的核武器研制理念,有助于应对目前核武器研制生产面临的挑战。

Abstract: The connotations and characteristics of green manufacturing for nuclear weapon were discussed under counter-nuclear test conditions. The essential of green manufacturing for nuclear weapon should be implemented via networked collaboration. Then key technologies of green manufacturing for nuclear weapon were put forward including networked collaborative design technology based on modeling technology for complex product and heterogeneous information integration, data mining and construction of special knowledge (data) base, business process reengineering technology, manufacturing process for special material and development of greenness evaluation system. A new idea for nuclear weapon design and manufacturing was put forward to face the challenges in present nuclear weapon manufacturing.
