摘要: 工作流变更和异常是柔性研究的重要内容,界定了这两个概念,并从不同的角度,分别对系统的灵活性、动态性和自适应性等进行了研究。从理论和实现两个层次上深入探讨了柔性工作流的解决策略和方法,介绍了支持柔性的系统体系结构和元模型,并对一些具体的实现机制进行了讨论和比较,介绍了一些成熟的工作流系统,分析了系统中相关的柔性实现;最后, 说明了理论研究和系统实践的未来趋势和发展方向。

Abstract: Workflow change and exception are important contents in flexibility study. At first, the concepts of workflow change and workflow exception were defined,and then system flexibility, dynamism as well as adaptability were studied from different perspectives. After that, resolution strategy and method of flexible workflow were discussed in particular from theoretical and implemental sides. Then the architecture and meta-model supporting flexible workflow were introduced. Discussions and comparisons were conducted on some specific implementation mechanisms. Following that, some mature workflow systems were introduced, especially their implementations of flexibility. Finally, future development trends of theoretical research and system implementation were provided.
