摘要: 云制造模式下中小企业制造服务交易模式呈现出多主体、动态的特点,各服务主体信用评价也较B2B等电子商务模式不同,具有更高的复杂性与不确定性。为此,基于信用风险理论与服务科学理论建立云制造模式下中小企业信用评价指标体系,包括中小企业平台接入信用资质评价与面向服务交易的信用资质的实时动态评价;引入粗糙集和层次分析法混合评价方法,构建全面、科学、有效的多主体信用评价体系。指导开发了中小企业云制造服务平台信用评价模块,面向汽车模具产业链上的中小企业信用评价实例,验证了方法的科学性与有效性。

Abstract: Under the cloud manufacturing environment,manufacturing resource service trade mode of small and medium-sized enterprises was characterized by multi-agent and dynamic,as well as each service subject credit rating was different from E-commerce mode such as B2B,which had higher complexity and uncertainty.To deal with this problem,small and medium-sized enterprises credit rating index system under cloud manufacturing environment was established based on credit risk theory and service science theory,which included medium-sized and small enterprises platform access's credit qualification rating and real-time dynamic evaluating of credit qualification for service trade.A comprehensive,scientific and effective multi-agent credit rating system was constructed by introducing rough set and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)combinatorial rating method.Based on the study results,cloud manufacturing service platform credit rating module of small and medium-sized enterprises was designed and developed.Through the credit rating case of automobile die industrial chain in small and medium-sized enterprises,the correctness and effectiveness of proposed method were verified.
