装备制造业工业互联网平台双层研发模式决策方法研究

摘要: 针对装备制造业工业互联网平台研发模式决策具有系统性、层次性以及主观性的特点,提出一种基于多属性决策理论的平台研发模式双层决策方法。在该方法中,分析了上层研发模式决策的过程与特点,并结合焦点小组、层次分析法提出了具体的实施方法,帮助企业确定平台模块是自主研发、委托研发还是直接购买。在此基础上,提出了基于逼近理想解排序法的下层研发模式决策过程模型与实施方法,可分别针对自主研发、委托研发以及直接购买模式决策出最佳的开源方案、软件开发商以及平台软件产品。该方法可有效提升平台的建设效率与质量,以能源装备工业互联网平台建设为例,验证了所提方法的有效性与可行性。

Abstract: Considering the characteristics of systematic,hierarchical and subjective in the Research and Development (R&D) decision-making of the industrial Internet platform for the equipment manufacturing industry,a two-level decision-making method for the platform R&D based on the multi-attribute decision-making theory was proposed.The decision-making process of the upper-level R&D was analyzed,and the implementation methods were proposed based on focus group and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to help enterprises determine whether the platform was independent development,commissioned development or direct purchase.Further,the decision-making process model and implementation method for the lower-level R&D based on the TOPSIS were proposed,which could decide the best open-source solutions,software developers and platform software products for independent R&D,commissioned R&D and direct purchase models respectively.The proposed method could effectively improve the construction efficiency and quality of the industrial Internet platform.Taking the construction of energy equipment industrial Internet platform as an example,the validity and feasibility of the presented methodology was demonstrated.
