基于情景的模糊前端创新机会识别

摘要: 为帮助设计者在产品开发模糊前端阶段获取有价值的创新机会,提出一种基于情景的模糊前端创新机会识别方法。该方法明确了产品参与的情景与产品创新过程的关系,从未来情景条件和演化原理不确定的角度发现产品创新机会。以原型产品典型实践性情景作为初始场景,对情景条件中的初始核心情景要素,用户关联要素和环境关联要素采用不同的情景操作策略探索未来可能的新情景要素及特征,并提出了重组新的未来情景条件的过程,发现产品集成到不同情景条件下的特征要求。同时提出了支持情景预期演化的演化原理的发现过程,进而发现基于此原理的产品应具备的作用特征作为创新机会。将该方法应用于吸尘器设备的创新研发中,可识别出多种产品创新机会。

Abstract: To help designers obtain valuable innovation opportunities in the fuzzy front end stage of product development,a scenario based approach was proposed.The method clarified the relationship between product participation scenarios and product innovation process,and the product innovation opportunities were found from the perspective of uncertain future scenario conditions and evolution principles.Taking the typical practical scenario of prototype product as the initial scene,different scenario operation strategies were applied to the initial core scenario elements,user related elements and environment related elements in the scenario conditions to explore the possible new scenario elements and features in the future,and a process of reorganizing new future scenario conditions was proposed,then the feature requirements of product for integrating into different scenario conditions were found.Meanwhile,the discovery process of evolution principle supporting scenario expected evolution was proposed,and then the function characteristics of product to realize this principle were found as innovation opportunities.Finally,the proposed method was introduced to the innovation process of vacuum cleaner equipment,and a variety of product innovation opportunities were identified.
