摘要: 为完成产品的绿色概念设计,提出一种支持方案生成的功能—结构—材料—工艺模型(FSMP)绿色设计模型,该模型对产品材料、工艺、使用等全生命周期过程的设计信息进行集成表达。通过对FSMP模型中的节点扩展和关联,建立产品概念设计空间,采用生命周期评价方法量化设计空间节点的环境影响。提出一种基于希望树的启发式搜索算法,以设计方案环境影响最小为目标,遍历设计空间节点,生成绿色性能最优的设计方案。最后以举升机的绿色设计为例,证明了该模型在绿色设计中的重要指导作用。

Abstract: To complete the conceptual green design,a method for generating green design scheme of mechatronic products based on Function-Structure-Material-Process (FSMP) model was proposed.The design information of full life cycle process such as material,process and use was integrated in this method.Through extending and relating the nodes in FSMP model,the conceptual design space for scheme generation was established.The environmental impacts assessment of design node was completed based on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method.A search algorithm based on hope tree was proposed to search the design space,and the design scheme with the best green performance was generated.The case study showed that the green design method based on FSMP model could effectively improve the green performance of mechatronic products.
