摘要: 论述了科学划分数控机床档次的必要性,建立了数控机床档次划分原则,分析了决定数控机床档次的要素和打分方法,提出“客户需求才是定义产品档次的唯一准则”的观点。从用户需求的角度提出综合水平数(CLN数)的概念,提出用CLN数而不是根据机床的个别技术参数来定义数控机床产品的档次,基于CLN数给出高档数控机床的定义,并提出了数控机床CLN数的分析和计算方法。最后,通过算例验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract: The necessity of scientifically dividing the grades of CNC machine tools was discussed,the classification principles of CNC machine tools was established,the factors determining the grades of CNC machine tools and the scoring methods were analyzed,and the viewpoint that “customer demand is the only criterion for defining the grades of products” was puts forward.From the perspective of user demands,the concept of Comprehensive Level Number  (CLN) was proposed,and the thought that the grades of CNC machine tools were defined by CLN number rather than by the individual technical parameters of the machine tools was presented.Based on the CLN,the definition of high-grade CNC machine tools was given,and the analysis and calculation methods of the CLN number of CNC machine tools were put forward.An example was used to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
