考虑心理压力和体力消耗的混流装配线平衡问题

摘要: 针对工人作业状态影响生产系统效率与质量的问题,考虑了操作者的心理压力和体力消耗约束,并基于操作者空闲率和作业姿势对约束进行了修正,以最小化有效工作站数量、装配线平衡指数为目标,建立了考虑人因约束的混流装配线平衡优化模型。采用改进遗传算法对模型进行求解,利用基于整体退火机制的选择操作,并结合自适应算子与灾变机制,改善了遗传算法的种群早熟和后期收敛速度的问题。通过两种规模的算例验证了模型的有效性与算法的求解性能。算例结果表明,考虑人因因素能够在保证装配线平衡的同时,进一步均衡工作站的人体负荷,更好地满足操作者的心理与生理需求,进而提高操作者的作业稳定性和作业效率。

Abstract: To solve the problem that the production efficiency and quality was affected by worker state,a mixed-model assembly lines balancing model with ergonomic restrictions was developed to minimize the number of stations and balance indexes by considering and modifying the operator's psychological pressure and physical consumption constraints based on the operator's idle rate and working posture.An improved genetic algorithm was used to solve this model,the selection operation based on global annealing method was adopted to improve the population precocity and later convergence speed of genetic algorithm with the adaptive operator and catastrophe mechanism.The effectiveness of proposed model and algorithm was verified by two scale examples.The results showed that considering human factors could further balance the human load of workstation on the premise of ensuring assembly line balance,meet the operator's psychological and physiological needs better,and improve the operation stability and efficiency of operators.
