产品定制协同开发任务分配多目标优化

Multi-objective optimization for task allocation of product customization collaborative development

摘要: 针对目前产品定制协同开发任务分配较少考虑任务适合度与任务协调效率的问题,分析并提出产品定制协同开发任务分配策略;给出了任务适合度、任务协调效率的定义及其相应的计算方法,并在此基础上构建了产品定制协同开发任务分配多目标优化数学模型;提出一种产品定制协同开发任务分配自适应遗传求解算法。以某5 MW风机产品协同开发项目为实例,验证了所提任务分配模型的正确性及其求解算法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that task fitness and task coordination efficiency in the task allocation of product customization collaborative development were less considered,the task allocation strategies of product customization collaborative development was analyzed and proposed.The definition and calculation formula of task fitness and task coordination efficiency were given,and the multi-objective optimization mathematical model of product customization task allocation was constructed on these bases.A solving method based on adaptive genetic algorithm for task allocation of product customization collaborative development was proposed.The feasibility and the effectiveness of task allocation algorithm were tested and verified by the example of a 5MW wind turbine product collaborative development project.
