摘要: 针对断路器批量化制造过程中的生产逻辑关系建模与控制问题,提出一种基于逻辑Petri网的断路器数字孪生车间系统建模与控制方法。基于物理车间的构成信息和断路器批量化制造工艺特点,建立了逻辑约束的递进式Petri网,实现了对物理生产过程的精准建模分析。在此基础上,采用模型结构分析、系统协同优化、物理引擎开发等方法,结合逻辑Petri网构建了忠实映射、精准匹配的断路器数字孪生车间系统,实现了物理车间与数字孪生车间的高度融合和忠实同步。开发了与实际断路器制造车间相融合的数字孪生车间系统,运行结果验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the modeling and controlling problems of production logic for circuit breakers batch manufacturing,a method for modeling and controlling of the circuit breaker digital twin workshop was proposed based on the logical Petri net.Considering the structural information of physical workshop and the characteristics of circuit breaker batch manufacturing,a recursive Petri net was established based on the logical constraints.Then the accurate modeling and analysis of the real production process was realized.Moreover,the circuit breaker digital twin workshop was established through the model analysis,behavioral modeling and physical attributes development.Since the logical Petri net was considered,the digital twin workshop was highly merged and precisely synchronized with the real workshop.The experiment was implemented to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
