摘要: 针对纸质分拣单使工人因对分拣指令理解困难,导致分拣效率较低且易出现误拣的现象,提出一种基于可穿戴增强现实的智能分拣方法,构建车间现场基于人工标识的全局感知和定位模型,研究工人在分拣过程中的信息和物理互联,实现分拣现场环境下手工分拣过程的增强可视化指引。通过实际车间现场分拣实验表明,该方法能够有效提高手工分拣的效率和准确性。

Abstract: Due to the difficulty in understanding the paper-based picking instructions,the error in picking operation was easy to occur in the manual order picking process.To address these issues,an augmented reality based picking method was proposed.By means of the global identification and positioning model based on artificial marker arranged on the shop floor,the interconnection between information and physical picking process was studied,which achieved the intelligent navigation and manual picking process in the real working environment.The order picking experiments were carried out on the actual shop floor,and the experimental results showed that the method could improve the efficiency and accuracy of the existing manual order picking effectively.
