摘要: 由激光熔融过程的极热极冷特性造成的成形零件质量缺陷一直阻碍着选择性激光熔融技术的广泛应用,为制造出高质量的零件,提出一种数字孪生驱动的金属选择性激光熔融成形过程在线监控方法,应用该方法建立智能成形系统并进行案例分析。基于粉末熔融过程的物理和虚拟建模、过程在线监测和大数据分析,构建了包括设备层、数据转换层、网络层、控制层和应用层的成形过程在线监控数字孪生系统框架,论述了各层的功能和所涉及的关键技术,并分析了选择性激光熔融成形过程监控的典型应用实例,为基于选择性激光熔融的智能成形提供了理论与技术支撑。

Abstract: The Selective Laser Melting (SLM) of metal is developing towards higher precision,higher efficiency,and intelligence.Due to the extremely hot and cold characteristics of the laser melting process,the quality defects of the built parts have always hindered the wide application of SLM technology.To overcome these shortcomings and manufacture high-quality parts,an on-line monitoring and process control of the machining process was carried out.A digital twin-driven on-line monitoring method of metal SLM forming process was proposed,which was used to establish an intelligent building system and conduct case analysis.Based on the physical and virtual modeling of the powder melting process,online process monitoring and big data analysis,a digital twin system for online monitoring of the building process including the equipment layer,data conversion layer,network layer,control layer and application layer was constructed.The functions of each layer and the key technologies involved were discussed,and the typical application examples of SLM building process monitoring were analyzed.It provided theoretical and technical support for intelligent building based on SLM.
