摘要: 为保证再制造装备的可靠性并实现其可靠性增长,分析阐述再制造机械装备可靠性的定义和内涵,进而提出机械装备再制造可靠性研究的主要内容。在综述国内外机械装备再制造可靠性研究现状的基础上,指出当前研究存在的主要问题及不足。从机电集成化、计算机仿真化、跨学科化和全生命周期化四个方面,对机械装备再制造可靠性研究的发展动向进行了展望。

Abstract: To ensure the reliability of remanufacturing equipment and to realize its growth,the definition and connotation for machinery equipment remanufacturing was analyzed,and the main research content was proposed.In addition,the recent progress of research for machinery equipment remanufacturing reliability was reviewed,and the problems and shortcomings were pointed out.A perspective on reliability of machinery equipment remanufacturing was given from the aspects of mechanical and electrical integration,computer simulation,interdisciplinary and whole life cycle.
