摘要: 云制造模式下,制造服务交易过程中的供需双方信任问题亟需解决。区块链作为一种分布式共享总账技术,其发展得到了产业界和学术界的广泛关注。针对当前云制造服务平台制造服务交易过程中存在的安全和信任问题,提出一种基于区块链的制造服务可信交易方法,重点研究多链数据存储架构、动态QoS评估方法和共识算法设计等关键技术,设计了基于智能合约的制造服务匹配及交易流程。实验结果表明,基于区块链的制造服务可信交易方法在保证交易信息的开放性、安全性以及企业信息的隐私性的同时,可以自适应地完成制造服务组合与资源匹配,有效提高云制造服务平台的可信度和系统的整体效率。

Abstract: In Cloud Manufacturing (CMfg) model,the trust between supplier and demander in the manufacturing service transaction needs to be solved urgently.As a distributed public ledger technology,the development of blockchain has attracted wide attention in industry and academia fields.Aiming at the key problems in the current cloud manufacturing service platform,a manufacturing service composition approach based on blockchain was proposed.The key technologies such as multi-chain structure and its storage mode,dynamic QoS evaluation method and consensus algorithm were studied,and the resource rent-seeking and matching mechanism was designed based on smart contract.The results showed that the proposed method could self-adaptively complete manufacturing service composition while considering the openness and security of transaction information and the privacy of enterprise information,which had greatly enhanced the credibility of cloud manufacturing service platform and the overall efficiency of system.
