Abstract: To build the evaluation model for automotive industry chain of collaborative enterprise groups,a set of customizable collaborative enterprise groups evaluation index system was designed according to the evaluation needs of core manufacturers,which included general evaluation index and special evaluation index.To avoid the instability caused by single subjective and objective weights or combination weights,the subjective and objective methods were calculated by Delphi,Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),Entropy Weight Method (EWM) and Criteria Importance Though Intercrieria Correlation (CRITIC).A three-stage subjective and objective fair weight optimization model was established to make the weight of index fair and reasonable,and a three-stage subjective and objective fair weight evaluation algorithm was proposed.Aiming at the long-term unchanging evaluation level of collaborative enterprises,an improved Bayesian incremental update classification evaluation algorithm is proposed to realize the dynamic evaluation of collaborative enterprises in different timeperiods.The effectiveness and rationality of evaluation model were verified by examples and comparative analysis.
