摘要: 随着智能制造的发展,重新设计和建设精益的智能工厂成为当前很多企业的目标。为了快速找到满足精益目标的工厂设计方案,提出了价值流与数字孪生技术相结合的方法。首先通过价值流设计粗规划,再结合数字孪生进行详细设计,并通过数字孪生实现全过程迭代优化设计,最终高效获得精益的智能工厂设计方案。价值流与数字孪生结合的方法提供了数字孪生技术在工厂规划的应用场景,对从工厂规划概念设计到落地实施的整个阶段具有重要意义,为构建工厂全生命周期数字孪生模型提供了借鉴。

Abstract: With the development of smart manufacturing,design new smart factory with lean characteristic is critical to many industries.To design factory with lean objectives,the method integrating Value Stream Mapping (VSM) technique with Digital twin (DT) was proposed.In this method,DT offered a valuable way to fix the defect of VSM due to DT's advantages in dynamic value evaluation for mirror and simulation physical factory.VSM was employed on rough planning while DT was employed on detail optimization.The lean factory design solution could be efficient achieved and iterated optimized.
