摘要: 随着数字孪生、信息物理融合系统等新兴技术的发展,如何实现面向制造业应用的物理空间、信息空间与业务空间的多维融合已成为智能制造落地实施的关键。针对该问题,从逻辑关联的视角提出了多维多尺度智能制造空间的内涵与特征,并结合数字孪生技术的实现逻辑,研究了智能制造空间的虚实映射建模方法、复杂多维时空域下智能制造过程及数据建模方法。进一步,结合某叶轮的生产制造案例对所提出的建模方法进行了验证,证明了该建模方法的可行性和有效性,为实现智能制造空间多要素、多业务、多流程的实时同步仿真与虚实联动控制提供了支撑。

Abstract: With the development of digital twin and Cyber-Physical System (CPS) technologies,how to build the cyber-physical-social space fusion model for the manufacturing industry has been the key factor to implement smart manufacturing mode.Aiming at this problem,a multi-dimensional and multi-scale Smart Manufacturing Space (SMS) model was defined,and the characteristics of SMS were analyzed.Combined with the realization logic of digital twin technology,the cyber-physical mapping modeling method of SMS and the smart manufacturing process and data modeling method were discussed.A case of impeller manufacturing was applied to verify the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed modeling methods.It was expected that the proposed method would provide the basis for the multi-role,multi-business and multi-process real-time synchronous simulation and cyber-physical interconnected control of SMS.
