再制造逆向供应链检测误差率管理策略

Management strategy of inspection error rate in reverse supply chain of remanufacturing

摘要: 再制造逆向供应链中,废旧产品的再制造需要依次经过回收、检测、拆解和再制造四个环节。基于回收商和再制造商构成的逆向供应链,考虑回收商负责对废旧产品进行检测的情况,研究检测误差率(a和b)对供应链成员库存、利润和市场满足率的影响。采用系统动力学软件Vensim 5.10建立有检测误差的再制造逆向供应链系统动力学模型,并进行数值算例仿真。仿真结果表明:检测误差率b的减小使再制造商和回收商各自的利润增加,检测误差率a的减小使再制造商的利润增加、回收商的利润减小。通过调整管理策略,确保检测误差率a的减小也使得再制造商利润和回收商利润都增加。研究结果给出了检测误差率缩小的合理范围。

Abstract: In reverse supply chain of remanufacturing,four activities of collecting,inspecting,disassembling and remanufacturing were needed by used-product's remanufacturing respectively.Based on the reverse supply chain which included the collector and the remanufacturer,the impacts of inspection error rates (a and b) on inventories and profits of the supply chain members and the market satisfied-ratio were researched by considering the case that the collector was responsible for inspecting.By using software of system dynamics Vensim 5.10,a system dynamics model of reverse supply chain of remanufacturing with inspection error rates was built,and the numerical simulation were presented.The simulation results showed that the remanufacturer's profit and the collector's profit were increased along with the decreases of inspection error rate b;the remanufacturer's profit was increased and the collector's profit was decreased along with the decreases of inspection error rate a.By adjusting the management strategy of inspection error rate a,all of the remanufacture's profit and the collector's profit were increased when the inspection error rate a was decreased.At the same time,the reasonable ranges of reducing inspection error rates were given.
