摘要: 针对传统数控机床可用性需求指标权重确定中忽略指标自相关性及市场竞争因素问题,引入决策与试验评价实验室方法对需求指标进行自相关分析,借助指标中心度向量对初始权重进行初步修正;兼顾市场因素,引入“卖点”对需求指标进行市场竞争评估,通过市场竞争评价矩阵对可用性需求指标权重进行进一步修正,以求得用户可用性需求最终权重,从而实现综合考虑用户需求、企业市场竞争信息来确定可用性需求指标权重。以某加工中心产品可用性需求为例,说明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the index self-correlation and market competition factors were ignored in traditional CNC machine tool available demand indicators to determine the weights,Decision-Making and Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method was introduced to analyze the demand index of autocorrelation,and the preliminary revision of initial weights was made with centrality index vector.Both considering market factors,the introduction of selling points on demand indicators was used to evaluate market competition,and the usability requirements index weight was further revised through market competition evaluation moment.Thus the final weight for user availability requirements was obtained.To realize the comprehensive consideration of user demand,the availability index weight of enterprise market competition information was determined.The feasibility of this method was illustrated by an example of product usability requirements of a processing center.
