摘要: 为充分挖掘供应链联盟成员的作业能力,以最经济的方式快速响应市场需求及其变化,实现敏捷优化调度。针对各部件具有多个可选供应商,且供应商可调度时段离散的敏捷供应链静态调度优化问题,基于最终产品的供应物料清单构建了敏捷供应链结构框架模型,分析和构建了满足供需时间和数量约束的任务分配和调度优化数学建模,并设计了一种基于成本的任务调整启发式算法对其进行求解。通过算例实验和对比分析,验证了模型与算法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: To fully exploit alliance members'production capacity of supply chain for responding to the market demands and its changes quickly and economically,based on the discontinuous schedulable periods of suppliers,the Agile Supply Chain Static Scheduling under Discrete Schedulable Periods (ASCSSDSP) with multiple optional suppliers for each kind of part was researched.According to the final product's supplying BOM,a structural framework model for agile supply chains was set up,and a mathematic model for task assignment and scheduling optimization of ASCSSDSP with supplying time and quantity constraints was analyzed and constructed on this basis.A novel heuristic algorithm of Task Adjusted by Cost (TAC) was designed to solve the model.Through experiments and comparative analysis,the efficiency and practicability of the proposed model and algorithm were verified.
