基于灰色关联与权重顺序交叉的复杂产品配置方案重构技术

摘要: 为提高复杂产品的配置质量,提出基于灰色关联与权重顺序交叉的产品配置方案重构技术。根据需求配置得到备选方案集,模糊评价备选方案并计算其灰色关联系数;针对完全未知权重构建多目标模型并求解权重因子,利用可能度排序方法求取方案集排序向量。截取优质方案作为备选方案集,整理分析方案集中的各模块并构成功能模块库,在保留模块身份信息的同时对模块进行编码。依据初次配置中的模块权重大小设定权重顺序交叉重构的顺序,确定交叉次数进行重构,从而获得新的方案解集。将新配置方案解与初始方案集综合评价并排序,最终得出高质量的满意解。该方法在高档数控机床结构配置设计中进行了应用验证,通过权重顺序交叉和二次重构技术有效提高了产品配置质量。

Abstract: To improve the quality of configuration design for complex products,a reconstruction method based on Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) and preordered cross was proposed.According to initial configuration,the alternative scheme sets and fuzzy evaluated product schemes were obtained,and their gray coefficients were calculated.Aiming at the complete unknown weight,the multi-objective mathematical model was constructed,and the weight factors of each module were solved.After sorting the schemes of configuration design with help of possibility theory,the optimum scheme for further configuration was selected and the modules that constituted these schemes were encoded.To realize reconstruction of product schemes and to produce new configuration schemes,the cross construction method was used.With this method,the cross frequency and the cross order were confirmed,and the initial with new solutions were mixed to select the optimum one to match customer's demands.The proposed method was applied to the configuration design of advanced CNC machine,and the quality of product configuration was effectively improved with advantage of preordered-cross and reconstruction technology.
