摘要: 为提高车间生产管理的透明化程度,从生产车间运行状态监控的角度出发,提出一种基于实时信息驱动的生产车间运行驾驶舱体系架构及运行模式,并对其关键实现技术进行研究。通过构建生产车间多层次运行指标体系,使生产监控任务明细化。基于可拓展标记语言的规则映射方法实现了生产过程多源异构信息的同构化处理,为系统提供了统一可靠的数据支撑。通过构建生产运行指标通用模型,使系统能够灵活适应各类业务及需求变更,从而提高系统的可拓展性和适应性。基于上述系统体系架构及实现方法,开发了原型系统并应用于某自动变速器装配车间,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: To improve the transparency of workshop management,the framework and operation mode of workshop operation dashboard were proposed and its key enabled technologies were researched from perspective of monitoring the operation situation in workshop.By establishing the index system for multilayer operation situation,the task of monitoring the production process could be specified.Based on the mapping law of eXtensive Makeup Language (XML),the information homogeneousness of multi-source heterogeneous information during the production process was achieved,which provided a unified and reliable data support for the system.By building the Operation Index Model (OIM),the system could adapt the changes of demand and other operations flexibly,so as to increase the expansibility and adaptability of the system.Based on proposed system framework and three key technologies,a prototype system was developed and was applied to one automatic transmission assembly workshop to verify the feasibility and availability of the proposed method.
