摘要: 针对机械产品再制造装配过程质量控制问题,在分析机械产品再制造装配过程特点的基础上,提出面向机械产品再制造装配过程的动态工序质量控制模式。依据该模式,给出了面向机械产品再制造装配过程的动态工序质量控制系统的功能结构模型,分析了基于无线射频识别技术的再制造装配过程质量信息感知平台、再制造装配过程动态工序质量在线优化专家系统、基于组件技术可视化在线工序指导模式等关键使能技术。以某发动机再制造企业的重载发动机装配过程为例,应用J2EE构架开发了面向发动机再制造装配过程的动态工序质量系统,验证了该动态工序质量控制模式的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the quality control problem of remanufacturing assembly process,a dynamic process quality control mode oriented to mechanical products remanufacturing assembly process was put forward based on the analysis of remanufacturing assembly process.According to this mode,the functional structure model of dynamic quality control system was presented.Furthermore,some key enabling technologies were studied in detail,which included quality monitoring based on RFID,expert system for dynamic process quality online optimization and visual online-process introduction mode based on component technology.The assembly process of some remanufacturing engine enterprise was taken as the example to develop the prototype system of dynamic process quality control system by applying J2EE architecture,which demonstrated the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
