基于制造物联的航天产品研制过程的技术状态控制技术

摘要: 为解决航天产品研制过程中的技术状态依赖人为信息记录和判断,导致信息采集不及时、信息准确性保障成本高的问题,提出基于制造物联的航天产品研制过程的技术状态控制技术。通过“信息标识—数据清洗—数据融合—状态评估”四层结构,构建了基于制造物联的航天产品研制过程的技术状态控制模型;针对采集数据不准确的问题,提出基于制造物联的数据清洗方法;针对数据不确定的问题,提出基于粗糙集D-S证据理论的数据融合方法,以实现技术状态的实时可靠性获取;通过对比和评估实物状态与目标状态有效地掌握了技术状态的偏移。以航天某厂为应用对象验证了所提技术的可行性。

Abstract: To solve the problem that information collection was not timely and information accuracy guarantee was costly because of gathering and recording on-site technical state in the production process with a manual manner,a technical state control technology based on Internet of manufacturing-related things was proposed.Through four-layer processing structure of information identification-data cleansing-data fusion-state evaluation,the technical state control model of aerospace product in production process based on Internet of manufacturing-related things was built.Aiming at the inaccuracy of collected data,a data cleaning method was put forward.A data fusion method based on rough set and D-S evidence theory was put forward to acquire technical state real-timely and accurately.The migration of technical state would be grasped through evaluation between physical state and target state.A space factory was taken as the application object to verify the feasibility of proposed technology.
