不确定环境下两级供应链转运替代策略

摘要: 为了研究不确定环境下的供应链转运替代策略,考虑由一个工厂和多个零售商组成的两级供应链系统,工厂生产具有相互替代性的两种产品,且产品的价格是随机模糊变量。综合考虑产品的替代和转运策略、零售商库存容量的限制、产品需求由零售商本身库存得到满足的比例、由其他产品替代满足需求的比例、通过从其他零售商处应急转运满足需求的比例以及由工厂直达运输满足需求的比例,建立各个零售商产品库存水平优化的双目标决策模型,实现零售商总利润最大和顾客等待时间最小。使用改进型粒子群算法对模型进行求解,结果表明,转运替代策略在总利润和顾客等待时间方面均优于非转运+替代策略、转运+非替代策略和非转运+非替代策略。

Abstract: To research the transshipment and substitution strategy of supply chain,two kinds of products which could be substituted each other were produced by factories with the consideration of a two-stage supply chain system composed of one factory and multiple retailers,and the products prices were random fuzzy variables.By considering the product substitution strategy and transshipment strategy,the restriction of retailer's warehouse inventory capacity,the proportion of demand satisfied by retailer own inventory,the proportion of demand satisfied by substitution from retailer's other product,the proportion of demand satisfied by transshipment from other retailer's product and the proportion of demand satisfied by direct transportation from factory,a bi-objective decision model for retailers'inventory optimization was proposed to realize retailers'total profit maximization and customers'waiting time minimization.The modified particle swarm algorithm was used to solve the proposed model,and the result showed that transshipment substitution policy was superior to substitution policy without transshipment,transshipment policy without substitution and non-transshipment policy without substitution.
