摘要: 为了有效提高离心式压缩机再制造叶轮仿真实验的仿真精度与求解效率,提出一种面向再制造叶轮的高质量的六面体结构网格划分方法。对失效叶轮的几何特征进行分析,并基于计算机辅助设计空间造型理论重构再制造叶轮几何模型;基于拓扑理论,提出复杂模型计算域虚拟规划方法,完成再制造叶轮计算域虚拟规划|综合运用带Laplace源项的网格生成算法与网格规模控制优化算法,以有效提高与控制再制造叶轮网格质量与规模。网格质量评估与有限元实际模拟计算表明,其网格模型具有网格质量高、求解精度高、求解效率快等诸多优点。

Abstract: To effectively improve the simulation accuracy and computational efficiency in the simulation of centrifugal remanufactured compressor impeller,a structure hexahedral mesh generation method with high quality for remanufactured impeller was proposed.The failure characteristics of the impeller were analyzed,and a remanufactured impeller model based on computer-aided design space modeling theory was established.According to the topology theory,a virtual planning of the complex model computational domain method was proposed to accomplish the plan of remanufactured impeller computational domain.By using the mesh generation algorithm with the source terms of Laplace equation and the mesh size control algorithm,the mesh quality was improved effectively.The mesh quality evaluation and the finite element simulation showed that the proposed mesh model had many advantages such as high quality,high precision and high efficiency.
