面向制造服务的数控切削数据库系统

摘要: 为了将物联网技术与云计算技术相融合应用于制造业信息化,以数控切削加工过程中的“感、知、行”为核心目标,建立了一个面向制造服务的数控切削数据库系统,以实现数控切削加工远程在线智能监控及切削参数实时仿真优化。基于物联网技术及多传感器融合的在线监测技术,“感”受数控切削加工过程中各种信号特征|利用云计算技术,“知”晓数控切削加工过程中的关键特征,结合海量数据挖掘处理和数控切削加工过程优化仿真技术实“行”数控切削加工过程的智能化、服务化和绿色化。最终搭建了面向制造服务的数控切削数据库系统,保障了切削数据安全便捷的存储与共享,提供了数控加工在线监控与专家支持功能,制定了数控切削数据库建库标准规范,为多平台数据共享及应用奠定了良好基础。

Abstract: To integrate the Internet of things technology and cloud computing technology for applying to manufacturing information,by taking feel,knowledge and execute of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) cutting process as the core target,a CNC cutting database system for service-oriented manufacturing was set up,and CNC machining remote online monitoring and real time optimization simulation of cutting parameters were realized.Based on the online monitoring of Internet of tings and multi-sensor,a variety of signal features of CNC machining process were felt|by using the cloud computing technology,percepts the key feature of CNC machining process was knew|by combining the massive data processing technology,optimization and simulation technology in CNC machining process,the service-oriented manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing,green manufacturing were executed.
