云制造环境下机床装备资源特性分析与语义描述方法

摘要: 针对云制造环境下机床装备资源具有异质异构、动态演化、高度自治等特性及网络化集成、服务化封装和供需智能匹配等需求,提出并构建了一种基于语义服务建模本体的机床装备资源描述框架,并对支持该框架实现的机床装备资源元数据本体表示方法、机床装备资源服务化封装等关键技术进行了研究。通过应用案例对以上研究成果进行了实验验证。

Abstract: Aiming at the features such as heterogeneous,dynamic evolution and high-degree autonomous,and the requirements such as network integration,service encapsulation and supply-demand intelligent matching of machine tool resources  in the cloud manufacturing environment,a description framework of machine tools resource based on Web Service Modeling Ontology (WSMO) was proposed.The key technologies such as metadata ontology representation approach and service-oriented packaging of machine tools resource for realizing this framework were researched.An application case was used to verify the above research results.
