摘要: 为研究产能和需求均为不确定环境下的供应链库存策略以及产能变异性对该策略的影响,以周期性生产和盘点库存的两阶段供应链为背景,研究了离散时间、无限时域情形下,生产能力变异性对工厂及其下游零售商库存决策的影响。研究结果表明,随着生产能力变异性的增大,最优基本库存水平和库存成本增大;变异性增加得越快,最优基本库存水平和库存成本就增加得越快。设计了库存补贴契约来协调供应链上下游之间的库存决策,实现了供应链完美协调,降低了库存成本。

Abstract: Based on a two-stage supply chain of periodic production and inventory,the impact of the production variability on the inventory decisions of factories and its downstream retailer under the infinite horizon and discrete time was researched.With the increasing of production variability,the optimal storage inventory and optimal inventory costs were increased.The faster the optimal basic storage inventory increased,the more quickly the optimal inventory costs increased.The optimal storage inventory and optimal inventory costs in the decentralized decision were superior to those in the centralized decision.To discuss the impact of production variability on supply chain's stock decision under the uncertainty of production capacity,a two-stage supply chain model was built,and the inventory subsidy contracts was design to coordinate the stock decision between up and downstream of supply chain,which realized the perfect coordination of supply chain and reduced the inventory cost.
