基于产品设计数据的装配序列定量化评价方法

Quantitative evaluation approach for assembly sequences based on product design data

摘要: 为充分利用产品三维模型与仿真数据,客观评价可选装配序列,提出一种基于区间逆序数和逼近理想解法的装配序列综合评价方法。建立了包含零件级和系统级指标的装配序列综合评价指标体系,针对零件级指标引入区间逆序数方法进行定量化评价,同时定义了各个系统级指标的定量化方法。采用逼近理想解法方法综合评价候选装配序列,确定最佳序列。以某航天产品某部件的三种装配序列为例,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: To make full use of 3D model and simulating data,a comprehensive evaluation approach based on interval inverse number and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) was proposed.A hierarchical evaluation index system composed of part-level and system-level was presented.The interval inverse number method was introduced to evaluate part-level indices quantitatively.Meanwhile,a quantitative evaluation method for system-level indices was proposed.The candidate assembly sequences were ranked by TOPSIS,and the best sequence was confirmed.An example of aerospace product assembly sequences evaluation was presented to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed approach.
