产品分层分级的交互式拆卸装配序列规划

摘要: 为降低产品装配序列规划的难度,提出一种可行且实用的基于分层分级的交互式拆卸装配序列规划方法。通过对产品装配数据集的合理分类,装配工艺信息可以被产品工艺资源树有效地组织和管理;根据所提装配体分层分级思想,定义了共轴线约束和共平面约束法则两种分层分级法则;在产品工艺资源的基础上,采用一种遍历迭代算法重组装配结构层次和更新装配位姿矩阵;按照产品的层次级别,实现了交互式的拆卸装配序列规划方法,该方法同时可以规划装配所需的工装或工具信息。通过一个典型的机械产品验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: To reduce the difficulty of Assembly sequence planning(ASP) in the product design and development process,a feasible and practical interactive disassembly approach for ASP based on hierarchical classification was proposed.Through reasonable classification of assembly datasets,the  assembly process information could be organized and managed effectively.According to the proposed ideology of the assembly hierarchical classification,two hierarchical-classification rules were defined:axis constraints and coplanar constraint rules.Based on Product Process Resource (PPR),the assembly hierarchy was recombined and its posture matrix was updated by adopting a traverse iterative algorithm.On the basis of the product hierarchy,the human-computer interactive disassembly methodology was utilized to plan the tools and information needed by assembly.The effectiveness and practicability of proposed approach was validated by a typical mechanical product.
