摘要: 为了研究拆卸过程中存在的许多不确定因素对拆卸收益产生的影响,利用拆卸网络图得到目标零部件的可行拆卸序列,综合考虑拆卸时间随机、零部件质量不确定等因素,提出拆卸收益的计算方法;基于拆卸收益概率,建立了不确定环境下产品拆卸序列优化模型,并设计了基于随机模拟的求解方法。结合实例进行分析,验证了所提模型的可行性和方法的有效性,通过改变参数比较优化结果说明了参数变化对拆卸序列优化的影响。

Abstract: To research the influence of many uncertainties on disassembly profit in disassembly process,the feasible disassembly sequences of target components were obtained by disassembly network graph.Through considering the disassembly time randomness,the disassembly components quality uncertainty and other factors,the computing method of disassembly profit was presented.Based on the disassembly profit probability,a product disassembly sequence optimization model under uncertain environment was built and a solution algorithm based on stochastic simulation was adapted.An example was presented to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed model and the effectiveness of the method.Through the comparison of the optimal results with the changes in parameters,the influences of the parameters on the disassembly sequence optimization was illustrated.
