摘要: 为了更充分有效地利用产品规划质量屋中顾客需求的重要度信息,使产品设计人员深入了解顾客需求未来演变的趋势,以把握好动态不确定性环境下产品开发的目标和方向,提出基于广义信度马尔科夫模型的顾客需求动态分析方法。首先,分析马尔科夫链及其无后效应描述产品规划质量屋中顾客需求动态变化的可行性,并引入广义证据理论解决经典马尔科夫模型中状态空间数值的微变导致预测结果发生跳跃的问题。其次,考虑传统信度马尔科夫模型在辨识框架不完整情形下的不适用性,建立了基于开放世界的广义信度马尔科夫模型。以某机械企业所生产的静电收尘器的开发与设计为对象,应用该方法展开了实例研究。通过与已有方法的对比分析,进一步阐释了该方法的可行性及有效性。

Abstract: To utilize the importance degree information of Customer Requirements(CRs) in Product Planning House Of Quality(PPHOQ) fully and effectively,and to get-depth understanding of CRs-dynamic trend for product developers to grasp the direction and target of product development under a dynamic and uncertain environment,a method of CRs dynamic analysis based on generalized belief Markov model was proposed.The feasibility of CRs dynamic change describing by Markov chain and its non-aftereffect property in PPHOQ was analyzed,and a Generalized Evidence Theory (GET) was introduced to solve the prediction jump problem leaded by slight variation of state value in the classical Markov chain model.By considering the inapplicability of the traditional belief Markov model under the incomplete discernment framework,a generalized belief Markov model was constructed based on open world.Through a case of electrostatic precipitator products manufactured by a machinery enterprise and the comparisons with the existed methods,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach was illustrated.
