Abstract: Energy management strategy is the key technique for hybrid electric vehicles.To solve problems of battery capacity quick fading and energy saving opportunity losing caused by state of charge constraints,a real-time implementable adaptive equivalent consumption minimization strategy with battery aging consideration was proposed.Based on vehicle performance objectives,considering the trade-off between fuel economy and battery aging under dynamic matching of required power,Hamiltonian equation with battery aging consideration was constructed.By analyzing battery aging weighting factor with respect to fuel economy,designed a real-time implementable adaptive control law of equivalent factor in charge sustaining mode based on artificial potential field method was designed to optimize the overall driving cost.The simulation results showed that compared to adaptive equivalent consumption minimization strategy with only considering fuel economy,the proposed method improved 21.7% of battery degradation under same road conditions.

摘要: 能量管理策略是混合动力汽车实现其综合经济性指标的关键技术。针对混合动力汽车电池损耗过快和由荷电状态限值引起的节能机会损失问题,提出了一种可在线实施考虑电池衰退成本的自适应等效能耗最小化策略。该策略基于车辆性能需求,考虑需求功率动态匹配下的燃油经济性与电池寿命博弈问题,构建包含电池衰退成本的哈密顿代价函数;然后基于人工势场法,以消弭荷电状态限值引起地节能机会损失为目标,在电荷维持模式中通过对电池寿命权重与燃油经济性的参数影响分析,设计考虑实时性的等效因子自适应控制策略。最后以典型并联式混合动力乘用车为例进行了仿真验证,结果表明:相较于仅考虑燃油经济性的自适应等效能耗最小化策略,本方法在相同道路工况下在基本持平燃油消耗的同时最高可改善21.7%的电池使用寿命。
