Abstract: The choice of remanufacturing process scheme is to meet the low-carbon and efficient source of the remanufacturing process under the background of “dual carbon”.In view of the diversity and difference of failure characteristics of waste parts and the optionality of remanufacturing process methods and operating characteristics,which lead to the uncertainty of remanufacturing process schemes,a low-carbon remanufacturing process scheme selection method considering low carbon was proposed by comprehensively considering the transmission process of carbon emissions in the process.Considering the carbon emission factors affecting the remanufacturing process scheme,a multi-layer carbon emission correlation mechanism of the remanufacturing process with failure characteristics-processing technology-operation characteristics was established.Then,a remanufacturing process selection model with minimum carbon emissions,time and cost as multiple objectives was constructed,and a hybrid algorithm based on multi-layer coding method of differential evolution and gray wolf algorithm was proposed.Finally,the proposed method was applied to the selection process of worm remanufacturing process scheme,which verified the practicability and effectiveness of the method,and provided theoretical guidance for remanufacturers to choose economic and ecological process solutions.

摘要: 再制造工艺方案的选择是满足“双碳”背景下再制造过程低碳、高效的源头。鉴于废旧零部件失效特征的多样性与差异性及再制造工艺方法与操作特征的可选性导致再制造工艺方案的不确定性,综合考虑碳排放在工艺过程中的传递过程,提出一种考虑低碳的再制造工艺方案选择方法。首先,考虑影响再制造工艺方案的碳排放因素,建立失效特征加工工艺操作特征的再制造工艺过程多层碳排放关联机制;然后,构建最小碳排放量、时间、成本为多目标的再制造工艺方案选择模型,并提出一种基于多层编码方式的差分进化和灰狼算法的混合算法求解。最后,将所提出的方法运用到蜗杆的再制造工艺方案选择过程中,验证该方法的实用性与有效性,为再制造商选择符合经济和生态的工艺方案提供了理论指导。
