考虑品牌优势的供应链最优再制造模式与区块链引入策略

Abstract: In the context of supply chain globalization,Original Equipment Manufacturers(OEMs)often adopt collaborative remanufacturing strategies to improve their competitiveness in the remanufacturing sector.The application of blockchain can enhance the information transparency of remanufactured products and expand their market demand,influencing the remanufacturing decisions of supply chain members.Under the competition between new products and remanufactured products,a remanufacturing supply chain consisting of an Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM)and a Third-Party Remanufacturer(TPR)was constructed.Considering the impacts of the manufacturer's brand advantage and blockchain operation cost on the selection of remanufacturing modes and the blockchain introduction strategy of the supply chain members,the optimal strategies of the different remanufacturing modes and the combination of the blockchain introduction strategy were compared,and the remanufacturing decisions of supply chain members were explored.The study found that the remanufacturer's preference of remanufacturing mode was only affected by brand dominance.When the brand advantage was within a certain threshold,the remanufacturer tended to select cooperative remanufacturing mode,otherwise the competitive remanufacturing mode was chosen.The closer the brand advantage was to the boundary value,the more the remanufacturer preferred the competitive remanufacturing mode.Regardless of the change of brand advantage,the cooperative remanufacturing mode with the introduction of blockchain was always favorable to the manufacturer,and the manufacturer preferred the competitive remanufacturing mode or vice versa.Compared with the traditional remanufacturing model,blockchain helped supply chain members gain more profit when the unit cost of blockchain was below a certain threshold.

摘要: 供应链全球化背景下,原始设备制造商(OEM)通常采取合作再制造策略以提高其在再制造领域的竞争力。区块链的应用能够提升再制造产品信息透明度,并扩大其市场需求,进而影响供应链成员的再制造决策。在新产品与再制造产品竞争情形下,构建一个由原始设备制造商和第三方再制造商(TPR)组成的再制造供应链,考虑制造商品牌优势、区块链运营成本等对供应链成员再制造模式选择和区块链引入策略的影响,并对不同再制造模式和区块链引入策略组合情形下的最优策略等进行比较,探讨供应链成员的再制造决策。研究发现,再制造商的再制造模式偏好仅受品牌优势影响,当品牌优势处于一定范围内,再制造商倾向于合作再制造模式,否则选择竞争再制造模式,且品牌优势越接近边界值,再制造商越偏好竞争再制造模式;区块链的引入对制造商再制造模式偏好存在不同影响,无论品牌优势如何变化,引入区块链后合作再制造模式对制造商始终有利,反之制造商倾向于竞争再制造模式。与传统再制造模式相比,当单位区块链成本低于某一阈值时,引入区块链有助于供应链成员获得更多利润。
