碳交易下考虑质量升级的再制造供应链定价

Abstract: To determine pricing decisions of remanufacturing supply chains considering quality upgrading,the free carbon quota was allocated from the historical intensity method to construct differential pricing decision models of remanufacturing supply chain without/with product quality upgrade.The optimal pricing and quality upgrading strategies of these two models were obtained by backward induction.The two models were compared and the relevant conclusions were verified through a numerical example.The result showed that quality upgrading could help to improve the quality level,sales price,market demand of products and the profits of supply chain members and system;increasing emission reduction targets and carbon trading prices would decrease the quality upgrading,market demand of products and the profits of supply chain members and system,but help to reduce emissions;improving the quality upgrade efficiency,consumer quality sensitivity and the quality level of used products would raise the quality level,sales price,market demand of products and the profits of supply chain members and system.Therefore,the manufacturer should invest in quality upgrade and improve the quality upgrade efficiency and the quality degree of used products to make more profits;the government should set reasonable emission reduction targets to balance emission reduction effects and supply chain profitability.

摘要: 为了确定考虑质量升级的再制造供应链定价决策。首先,根据历史强度法分配免费碳配额;其次,构建了不进行/进行产品质量升级的再制造供应链差别定价决策模型,采用逆向归纳法得到两种模型的最优定价及质量升级策略;最后,对两类模型进行比较,并通过算例对相关结论进行验证。研究发现;①质量升级有利于提升产品的质量水平、销售价格、市场需求和供应链成员及系统利润;②提高减排目标和碳交易价格会引起产品质量升级程度、市场需求和供应链成员及系统利润下降,但对碳减排有利;③提高质量升级效率、消费者质量敏感度和废旧品质量水平有助于提升产品质量水平、销售价格、市场需求和供应链成员及系统利润。因此,制造商应该进行质量升级、提高质量升级效率和废旧品质量水平来获取更多利润;政府应该合理设定减排目标来平衡减排效果和供应链获利状况。
