Abstract: In reality,supply chain members are often affected by fairness concerns when making decisions.The fairness was considered in a dynamic supply chain operation system consisting of a leading manufacturer and a following retailer for recycling to promote sustainable development of supply chain.Three The differential game models with three situations where the manufacturer concerned about retailer's fairness,the manufacturer paid no attention to retailer's fairness and centralized decision-making were constructed,and the optimal feedback equilibrium strategy of supply chain members was obtained by using the optimal control theory.The results showed that the supply chain profit and environmental performance were highest in the centralized decision-making model and lowest when retailer's fairness was not considered by the manufacturer.A hybrid contract of revenue and cost sharing was further adopted to improve the supply chain operation by considering fairness concerns of retailer,realizing Pareto improvement of members' revenues and maximizing overall revenue when the revenue sharing coefficient was within a certain range.The conclusions provided reference for the enterprise coordination in remanufacturing supply chain and sustainable development of the remanufacturing system.

摘要: 现实中的供应链成员在决策时往往受公平关切心理的影响,为推进再制造供应链的可持续运营,将公平关切因素考虑到由制造商主导和零售商回收组成的供应链动态运作系统中,构建了制造商不关注和关注零售商公平关切,以及集中决策3种情形下的微分博弈模型,运用最优控制理论得到成员企业的最优反馈均衡策略。研究表明:集中决策下的供应链效益和环境绩效最高,制造商关注和不关注零售商公平关切两种情形下的供应链效益依次减少。进一步采用收益共享和成本共担混合契约对效益次好情形下的供应链系统运作进行完善。研究发现,当收益共享比例在一定范围内时,混合契约可以实现系统成员收益的Pareto改进以及系统整体效益最大化。研究结论可以为再制造供应链节点企业间的协调合作和系统的长期稳定发展提供借鉴。
