机械产品概念设计BFBS混合映射方法

Abstract: A conceptual design method called Behavior-Function & Behavior-Structure (BFBS) hybrid mappings was proposed to realize mapping from structure to function. The behavior, base-functions and meta-functions were defined and classified into several types respectively. Seven primitive mapping units were proposed among the behavior, structure and function, by means of which the structures and functions were connected closely with behaviors as the immediate information. Finally, the base-functions were combined with the meta-functions, and the mapping from structures to functions was obtained as a result. The proposed method was applied in the analysis of the friction driven device. Application results indicated that the proposed method was effective and practical.

摘要: 为实现结构到功能的映射,提出一种行为—功能及行为—结构混合映射的方法。在定义行为模型、基本功能体和元功能的基础上,对行为、基本功能体和元功能进行详细分类,然后根据行为、功能和结构间七种基本映射类型,以行为作为中间过渡信息连接结构和功能,通过基本映射类型在行为、结构和功能间的反复混合映射,将产品结构与产品功能紧密联系。最后由元功能对基本功能进行合并,根据合并过程所获得的功能组织结构,完成对产品各部分的理解,达到结构到功能映射的目的。通过在摩擦驱动装置分析中的应用,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
