Improvement of cab welding production line based on value stream mapping and simulation

基于价值流图及仿真技术的驾驶室焊装生产线改善

Abstract: The improvement of cab welding production line was taken as the main research object.The problems such as imbalance of the production line,overabundance of WIP and long production cycle were identified by value stream map,and the combination of simulation technology and value stream map analysis was introduced.Therefore,the shortage that the value stream only reflects the production situation on the time scale was made up,and the objectivity of the value stream analysis was increased.Combined with standard operations and YAMAZUMI chart,the Flexsim simulation was used from the space point of view to verify and improve the implementation.After the improvement,the balance rate was increased by 33.3%,the time increment rate was increased from 0.13% to 0.31%,the work in progress was decreased by 48.8%,and the production cycle was shortened by 63.3%.It was showed that the improvement of cab welding production line could be well guided by the combination of value stream mapping and simulation technology.

摘要: 以驾驶室焊装生产线改善研究为主要对象,利用价值流图识别出生产线不平衡、在制品过多、生产周期过长等主要问题,并引入仿真技术与价值流图分析相结合,弥补了价值流只在时间尺度上反映生产情况的不足,提高了价值流分析的客观性。结合标准作业和山积图等方法,利用Flexsim仿真从空间角度加以验证后付诸改善实施。改善后,平衡率提高了33.3%,时间增值率从0.13%提高到0.31%,在制品降低了48.8%,生产周期缩短了63.3%。实践结果表明,价值流图与仿真技术相结合的研究方法对驾驶室焊装生产线的改善具有很好的指导价值。
