Abstract: Aiming at Vibration and low machining efficiency caused by frequent acceleration and deceleration(acc/dec),and discontinuity of speed direction of micro line block knot in traditional micro line machining process, a micro line curve reconstruction method was adopted in Computer Numerical Control(CNC)to conduct real-time reconstruction of successive spline curve so as to realize high speed & precision interpolation machining. The micro line interpolation algorithm was applied In the sample CNC machining experiment, which speeded up the machining and guaranteed the precision. Experimental result verified the effectiveness of this algorithm.

摘要: 针对传统微段加工中由于频繁加减速产生的机床振动大、加工效率低及微段节点处速度方向不连续的问题,在计算机数控中采用微段曲线重构技术,对连续微段进行实时样条重构,以实现对曲面的高速高精度插补加工。应用微段插补技术进行的样件数控加工实验中,在保证原曲线加工精度的同时,提高了加工速度。实验结果表明了算法的有效性。
