数字孪生驱动的固体发动机总体设计体系架构与应用

Abstract: Aiming at the three typical problems in solid rocket motor design such as the separation of solid rocket motor design and simulation,the separation of numerical simulation and physical tests and the difficulty of data unmeasurable,uncertainty and incompletely in ground tests,and to innovate the traditional experience based and semi-experience based mode of solid motor design,a concept system of digital twin of solid rocket motor was established.The digital twin of solid rocket motor was defined from the view of process,model and data.On this basis,a 5-layer architecture model of the digital twin in the design stage of solid rocket motor was established and illustrated.The connotation of each layer was explained,as well as the relationship between layers.According to the conception of process twinning,model twinning and data twinning,the operation mechanism of digital twin was discussed.The formal description of process twinning,model twinning and data twinning was presented.The characteristic of digital twin was analyzed,the possible application method of digital twin in solid rocket design was discussed,and the preliminary realization scheme was given,which provided theoretical reference for future application.

摘要: 为了改进固体发动机以经验半经验为主的设计模式,解决固体发动机设计与仿真分离、数值模拟与物理试验分离、地面试验数据测不了、测不准和测不到等难题,推动固体发动机由经验驱动设计向数据和模型驱动设计转型,从数字孪生体的内涵出发,研究建立了数字孪生驱动的固体发动机总体设计概念体系,从过程、模型和数据3个视角定义了固体发动机数字孪生,并提出了过程孪生、模型孪生和数据孪生的概念;在此基础上,建立了数字孪生驱动的固体发动机总体设计系统5层架构模型,分析了各层的内涵及层与层之间的关系;从过程孪生、模型孪生和数据孪生3个概念出发,研究了数字孪生驱动的固体发动机总体设计系统的运行机制;分析了系统的特点,探讨了系统在发动机设计中的应用方法,并给出了初步的实现方案,为下一步落地应用提供理论参考。
